After much political posturing from the ultra-liberal Ninth Circuit Court, the US Supreme Court has unanimously given the backs of their hands to the partisan judges on the bench in California and Hawaii and have passed the judgment that President Trump had the constitutional right and duty to issue the much debated travel ban that he announced at the beginning of his administration. This decision is not altogether surprising, given the tremendous overturn rate that the US Supreme Court decides against the Ninth Circuit Court. These appellate judges are behaving as though they are just a bunch of leftist partiers with no idea of the seriousness of their position nor their value to our nation.
It is frightening to realize that judges, whose sole purpose is to decide what is legal and constitutional, would inject pure liberal politics into their decisions, thereby placing the nation at greater danger because of their leftist nonthinking.
One hopes that congress will disband the Ninth Circuit Court and allow President Trump to appoint real constitutional scholars to that body of black robes, instead of forcing the nation to have to put up with the ultra-leftist fools now seated.
